Question: Re Y groups posting replies from daily emails error says “no html” I’m not using html !!?
Recently I have been getting my replies bounced back with the error = “We are unable to deliver the message from

You can only send plain text messages to this group. HTML or
other formats are not allowed.”
I have not changed anything and my Yahoo email is the old version set to send in plain text.
If I go to the actual group and use cut and paste to put exactly the same text into a reply, it works fine !
Anyone know what might be going wrong ?

Question: Problem posting slide on blog. Says I have an “HTML” error but I copied it straight from Photobucket. HELP!?
I am trying to post a slide show from photo bucket, and i made the slide show, and posted it, and all went well. When I checked the blog, the slide show was too large for my page, so I edited the size and resaved it. I did it correctly, too. So now when I try to copy and paste the HTML for Blog or webpage I need to in order to post my slide show, I get this error that prevents me from posting:
“Your HTML cannot be accepted: Tag is not closed: height="360" width="480">

Question: How do you change a files association from, say “.html” to “.rar” using windows vista?
I have a file named SCIIBeta.part02.rar.html but i want it/need it to be just a .rar file and i dont know how to change it using Windows Vista. Please help me =)

Question: How do I remove “index.php” from my wordpress url?
I use SurpassHosting for my website, and I’m using WordPress for my layout. Except all of my links are “www.sitename.com/index.php/stuff”, where I’d like them to be just “www.sitename.com/stuff”.
WordPress says I have to install some kind of Apache mod_rewrite or something, but I don’t know what that is or how to do it.
Help?
This is a WordPress site, not mine (I’m not in the Twilight business…), who has what I want:
www.Twilighters.org is the homepage, and then they have “http://twilighters.org/faqs”, etc. Whereas on my site, if I create a new page on WordPress and link to it from the homepage, the URL has to be “www.site.com/index.php/faq” in order to work. Why??
Am I creating new pages wrong? I just use the new page function on WordPress. Should I be doing something manual through my cPanel?

index.php is the root directory. It cannot be like”www.sitename.com/stuff”. You’ll have to write something like “www.sitename.com/home/stuff”, unless you want your root directory to be /stuff
