You should scroll all the way down in theme to the very end and there are two links that you can click.
Click the right one on the right its the “custom HTML”

Back button reloads the cached page, so it does not reload the whole page!
(and you use a class you do not control: MM_jumpMenu…, which is most likely a javascript, and javascript is NOT reloaded with the back button.)
You will have to force the browser to discard the cache at the initial loading (a different problem with EVERY browser!)
Question: Why does a “.php” website ask to “Resend information” when I press the back button in my browser?
On my home computer using Apache2 and php5, when I put 127.0.0.1 in the browser, and I press the back button in my browser, there is no request to “Resend Information”. However when I load the .php scripts to an external server and use the site, then my browser asks to “Resend Information” when I want to go back to a .php page. What in the world is causing this? How can I change it so that it doesn’t ask to resend information?

If all pages (code) are identical on remote and local server than the behaviour will be identical too.
The page that you are trying to go “back” to on your remote server was using POST method to process some form/request, your local version may be using GET method.

Then click on theme (between Info and Appearance)
A drop down will appear with thumbnails of print…at the end there is a gray button “use custom html”….
